  • Lat Pulldown - Set 1

    Weight: not too heavy (example: 30kg). This is more like a warm-up set. use a smaller neutral bar or a normal bar, depending on what you have in your gym. Watch an additional video about this exercise above! The negative part of the rep should last for 2 - 3 seconds where the back is in the slight muscle contraction!
