Yes. The Full Program is literally everything: training program + nutrition plan + cookbook + swaps, all tied to your TDEE and goals. The standalone Nutrition Plan flow is just nutrition plan + cookbook based on your TDEE and goals, without the training program.

Unlimited. You can re-run the wizard whenever your goal shifts (cut, bulk, recomp), your schedule changes or you just want a fresh take. Every generation is saved to your account.

Yes. Subscribers can swap any workout, cardio session, or meal for an alternative that fits the same training goal, calorie window, and macro targets - so the plan keeps working even when life gets in the way.

We use your body stats (age, sex, height, weight), training age, activity level, and goal (cut / bulk / recomp) to compute your TDEE and assign macros. The wizard walks you through every input so the result is calibrated to you, not a generic template.

Yes. Re-run the wizard at any time with new stats or a new goal, and a fresh program / nutrition plan / cookbook is generated and saved to your account. Subscribers can do this as many times as they want.

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account, and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle. Any plans you generated stay in your account.
