Single Leg Elevated Crunches Round 1

  • SET 1

    Place a small 1–3 kg dumbbell under your knee. How to breathe: Inhale before each rep, tighten your abs, and keep them squeezed hard throughout the entire movement. Exhale at the end of the rep and relax your abs for a moment. Take 1–2 seconds to reset before starting the next rep.

    Reps: 8 per leg
