Glutes Cable Kickback Round 1

  • SET 1 - LEFT LEG

    Weight: heavy enough for 10 reps (example: 3 plates). Keep the working leg always in the same nearly straight position. Do not bend your working leg even more at the top! Keep the upper body in a nearly parallel position with the floor. You have 4 sets in total, only with the left leg, and after you finish all 4 sets, you switch to the right leg.
