Superset to burn your triceps

After this superset, you will feel the triceps burning. The superset consists of 2 exercises. Make sure to focus on a good stretch on the negative part of the movement (in both exercises). Go behind the head with the dumbbell / V bar as much as possible, and from the point where you feel the tricep is stretched enough, start with the positive part of the rep. Every rep is the same like that.
