Latissimus superset for wide back

This superset will help you build the upper and the lower part of the latissimus. The most important thing is the push the upper chest up as you do positive reps. Also, push elbows slightly inwards as you perform the movements in both exercises. Those 2 tips are the most important ones. By the way, there is no rest between exercises.
