Giant set for legs to hit: sartorius, adductors & quadriceps
This giant set will pump your legs to the max.
1st exercise: this exercise targets the sartorius muscle, as well as the upper quadriceps.
2nd exercise: this exercise targets the adductors. If you have any adductor injury from before, make sure to warm up the adductors before you start with this giant set.
Last exercise: leg extension with straight legs at the top. This way, each rep is much harder to perform, so make sure to go with the weights you can handle.
