Burn your upper body with this 25-minute upper body workout.
The goal here is to engage more muscle groups in 25 minutes with limited equipment in a hotel gym.
THE ROUTINE
1) incline Smith bench press : 3 x 10-15 reps
2) Cable lateral raises superset with biceps curls: 3 x 10 reps combined ( this means that you have to do 10 reps of lateral raises with the right arm and immediately do 10 reps of the biceps curls with the same right arm. without any rest, repeat the same with the left arm. Rest 1 min after that).
3) Wide grip lat pulldown superset with the close grip lat pulldown: 3 x 10 - 12 reps combined
4) giant set: military press behind the neck (8-10 reps) + shoulder press in front of the neck (8-10 reps) + upright close grip row (8-10 reps) + biceps curls (8-10 reps). Do all 4 exercises without any rest in between. Do 2 rounds of this giant set with 90 seconds of rest in between.
Following this routine, you should finish your workout in 90 seconds with an amazing pump.
