Full Giant Triceps/Biceps Set Round 1

  • V-bar Pushdown - Set 1

    Weight: not too heavy (example: 20kg). The goal is to get the blood to the triceps, so do more reps, and with not too heavy weights, as it is more like a prep set. If you did not go heavy enough, do 3-5 extra reps! Finish with straight arms and a squeeze!
