How to: Oblique Twist

Follow this principle: before you start with the rep, inhale into the stomach (not lungs), squeeze in the stomach, and then perform the movement where you exhale at the end of the positive rep (not before that). As you do a positive rep, keep squeezing the core to the max until you exhale!
