Walking Lunges Like Tom Platz
Grab heavy dumbbells (example: 20kg DBs). AMRAP = as many reps as possible. Do AMRAP with the dumbbells, and after the last rep, drop them and do as many more reps as possible! Hit the total failure! If you cannot lift your body up, congrats, that was your last rep! IMPORTANT: People rest at the top because it is easier. DO NOT REST AT THE TOP! As you reach the top, immediately go down for another rep! This is essential!
