Leg extension routine for shredded quadriceps

Within this video, you will find 2 tips on the form of the exercise and 1 tip on the routine. Finishing as straight as possible at the top (by controlling the movement, and not swinging and cheating), with a 1 - 2 secs squeeze at the top will help you build shredded quadriceps.
