Triceps superset - standing pushdowns
Superset of 2 pushdown exercises standing upright. As you can see, the squeeze at the end is the most important thing. If your arms do not finish fully straight with a squeeze at the end of the positive rep, you will not grow the triceps as fast as you expect.
Normal grip pushdown targets mostly the lateral head of the triceps, while the reverse one targets the medial and the long head of the triceps the most.
