Triceps Dips machine Pump
This superset consists of 2 variations of the dips:
1) place the hands forward and glutes to the back as much as possible
2) place the hands in a different position, and push the glutes a bit forward (as you perform a positive rep, push elbows behind to hit the long head of the triceps to the max. Otherwise, you will not hit the long head to the max, and the effect will be less).
