Cable chest press tri-set
A triset is a training system whereby three exercises are performed back to back with no rest between.
Triset exercises:
1) High to low chest press
2) Shoulder height chest press
3) Low to high chest press
Important note: it is not a fly movement, it is a pressing movement. Watch our video where the same athlete explains the difference between the fly and the pressing cable movements.
