Extreme superset: front deltoids & biceps
This superset (in fact it is a giant set) consists of 4 exercises. Use the same barbell for all 4 exercises. So, do not use too heavy barbell at the start, as the goal is NOT to switch it for a lighter one during the superset. Your front delts and the biceps will explode! Do 3 to 4 rounds of this superset, with a rest period of a maximum 2 minutes between the rounds.
