Your one-month package includes weekly one-on-one video calls with me, personalized workout and nutrition planning, progress photo analysis, form check videos, and direct chat support. I'll track your diet, customize your workouts, and guide you every step of the way to ensure you're progressing toward your goals.

You'll just need a smartphone or computer with a camera for our weekly video calls and to send progress photos. For workouts, I'll design your program based on the equipment you have available - whether that's a fully equipped gym, basic home equipment, or just your body weight.

We'll schedule a convenient time for our weekly video calls where we'll discuss your progress, analyze your form, address any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. These sessions typically last up to 1h and are crucial for keeping you on track and motivated.

Life happens! If you need to reschedule a weekly consultation, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll find another time that works for both of us within the same week. Remember, consistency is key for achieving your fitness goals!

Absolutely! Many clients find great success combining my structured programs with personal consultations. I can guide you through the program, make necessary adjustments, and provide extra accountability and support. You can start with either option and add the other whenever you're ready.

While everyone's journey is different, most clients start noticing positive changes within the first few weeks of following their personalized plan. The key is consistency and open communication - that's why we'll track your progress through weekly photos and check-ins to make adjustments as needed.

You can choose between nutrition-focused consultations, training-focused consultations, or the complete package that covers both. The nutrition mastery plan includes detailed meal planning and strategies, while the complete transformation package combines both nutrition and training guidance for optimal results.

Many clients choose to continue their consultations to maintain momentum and keep progressing. However, there's no obligation - by the end of the month, you'll have learned valuable strategies and habits that you can apply on your own. If you decide to continue, we can adjust the consultation frequency based on your needs.

While my programs provide structured workouts and nutrition guidelines, consultations offer personalized, real-time guidance and accountability. I can make immediate adjustments based on your progress, answer specific questions, and provide motivation when you need it most. Think of it as having a coach in your corner, ready to help you overcome any challenges that arise.

Simply choose your preferred consultation package (Nutrition, Training, or Complete Transformation). Once booked, you'll get my contact information and you will be able to text/call me so we can schedule our first session, including initial assessments and goal-setting materials.
